This is my 27th year of teaching and my 22th at MASD.  I have a B.A. in Spanish, a B.S. Ed. in Elementary Education, and a Master of Arts in Spanish.  For the past two summers, I have had the unique opportunity to join a cohort of Spanish teachers and professors in a grad program sponsored by the Spanish Embassy. In 2023 at The Centro Superior de Idiomas at La Universidad de Alicante, Spain as well as in 2022 at La Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, Spain.  Throughout my career, I have taught Spanish at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, and formerly taught Foreign Language Methodology at Messiah College. I currently teach Spanish III, Honors IV, and Advanced Placement Spanish Language and Culture at MASH. I also serve as the World Languages Department Coordinator for the Mechanicsburg Area School District.  I also teach Fundamentals of Spanish at Messiah University.  Teaching Spanish is my passion!
