Welcome to Mr. Hoover's webpage. This is my 21st year at MASH and 25th overall as a teacher. I am a 1989 graduate of Davidson College, with teacher certifications through Wilson College (Social studies) and Western Maryland (now McDaniel) College (Special Education).
