Hello!

 

I am a Long-Term Substitute Science Teacher at Mechanicsburg Area Senior High.  I recently graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's in Astronomy & Astrophysics and STEM Education. I am really looking forward to getting my start at Mechanicsburg as a Science Teacher. 

 

Here's a snippet about me: I was raised in Perry County with two older sisters and graduated from West Perry in 2017. I got my Eagle Scout before heading down to Florida for school.  I enjoy lot's of different activities including camping, star-gazing, video gaming, fossil hunting, traveling, and bonsai-ing. I recently joined the Susquehanna Bonsai Club to learn more about the art.  I have lots of trees, but I am still just starting to explore Bonsai.  Right now, I am reading "The History of Philosophy" and taking an online course for Web Development. Both topics really interest me and help me continue to grow as an individual.
